These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by zenith motorsor ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a premium automotive consultancy operating in Singapore.

By engaging our services, submitting enquiries through our website, or entering into any service agreement with us, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

"Services" refers to the automotive consultation and facilitation services offered by zenith motorsor, including Preference Discovery, Considered Examination, and Complete Facilitation.

"Vehicle" refers to any automobile that may be the subject of our consultation, viewing, or facilitation services.

"Service Fee" refers to the charges payable for our consultation and facilitation services, as distinct from the purchase price of any vehicle.

"Agreement" refers to any service engagement entered into between you and zenith motorsor, incorporating these Terms.

3.1 Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Singapore driving licence, or entities registered in Singapore. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Service Description

zenith motorsor provides consultative services to assist clients in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring vehicles. Our role is advisory and facilitative—we do not act as dealers in our own right for vehicles presented to clients.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultations and throughout any service engagement. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to provide appropriate recommendations.

3.4 Independent Decision-Making

Our consultations and recommendations are provided to inform your decision-making. The final decision to proceed with any vehicle acquisition rests entirely with you. We do not make decisions on your behalf.

When engaging our services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information regarding your identity, intentions, or financial circumstances.

Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Singapore laws or regulations.

Engage in conduct that damages our reputation or interferes with other clients' use of our services.

Record, photograph, or otherwise capture images of vehicles, documentation, or our premises without prior written consent.

Share confidential information about vehicles, pricing, or other clients obtained through our services.

Attempt to circumvent our processes by directly approaching vehicle sources identified through our services.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of zenith motorsor or our licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.

Our methodologies, processes, and consultation approaches constitute proprietary business methods. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials or methods without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of information you provide to us, subject to the licence granted to us to use that information in providing services to you.

6.1 Service Fees

Service fees for each engagement are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are communicated before service commencement. Current fees are published on our website and may be updated periodically.

6.2 Payment Timing

Service fees are payable as follows: Preference Discovery fees are payable before the consultation. Considered Examination and Complete Facilitation fees are payable upon service commencement, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, and major credit cards. Additional processing fees may apply to credit card payments.

6.4 Taxes

All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate. GST will be itemised separately on invoices.

6.5 Vehicle Pricing

Vehicle purchase prices are separate from service fees and are determined by the respective vehicle sources. We facilitate transparent pricing but do not control vehicle prices.

7.1 Preference Discovery

Preference Discovery fees are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations with less notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

7.2 Considered Examination

Examination service fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if you choose to discontinue before viewing any vehicles. Once viewings commence, fees become non-refundable.

7.3 Complete Facilitation

Facilitation fees are non-refundable once documentation processing has commenced. If you withdraw before processing begins, a 50% refund may be available at our discretion.

7.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method where possible.

8.1 Service Limitations

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate information and sound recommendations, we cannot ensure that any particular vehicle will meet your expectations or that our recommendations will suit your specific circumstances.

8.2 Vehicle Condition

While we conduct thorough assessments and provide independent inspection reports, we do not provide warranties regarding vehicle condition. Vehicles are purchased from their respective sources, and any warranties are as provided by those sources.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, zenith motorsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in service delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or public health emergencies.

9.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate any service engagement by providing written notice to us. Refund eligibility is determined according to Section 7 above.

9.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if continuing service would be impractical or inappropriate.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage informal resolution of any concerns. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues, and we will work in good faith to address them.

10.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing litigation.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and zenith motorsor regarding our services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it subsequently.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.
